For product shipped incorrectly or in error, please contact Customer Service at 1 800 565 8855 to process a call tag once verified.

If goods have arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service and accompany at digital photo(s) documenting damage to service@dunwoodybooth.com. We will determine if it's valid to either pick up, or process a claim with the carrier. We will replace damaged goods or, refund the damaged quantity. Damage reports must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
